Hayley is a wellness advocate, speaker, author of multiple books, host of The Whole You podcast, and a top ten leader in an international wellness company. Already running a multi-million dollar brand and business, Hayley was looking to uplevel her brand’s visual strategy and incorporate client experiences into her courses and programs.

Here are a few things we accomplished together:

  • Defined the foundational brand strategy by fine-tuning her audience offers, and core brand message
  • Defined the customer journey to create a “wow” experience
  • Provided creative direction and designs for a an upleveled visual brand strategy
  • We upleveled her online presence by creating brand templates to align with her newly upleveled branding
  • We developed her course offer and online product focusing on developing template assets and an excellent customer experience at all touchpoints
  • Coached her team on the new brand vision, goals, visual brand standards and guided them through execution and implementation
