Susie was already running a multi-seven figure brand and reached out because she wanted help with a brand re-design for the launch of her new signature coaching program. She wanted to uplevel the visual brand, the offer, and the client experience. She wanted to provide a “wow” client experience.

We started by uncovering her current challenges, design inspiration, and set goals and objectives for the desired outcome.

Here is what we accomplished together:

  • Defined and created an overall product brand strategy focused on customer journey and conversion

  • Provided creative direction on visuals and photography
  • Developed a “wow” client experience for both the internal and external audience
